Share a Bear is a new program implemented in September 2009.  The chapter is funding and distributing teddy bears to the Georgetown area through the Jarrell and Florence Police Departments, Georgetown Victim Abuse, and the Williamson County Sheriff Department.  These bears are given to children at accident scenes and whenever the officer deems necessary.
